Hello Microsoft Rewards Support Team,

I am writing regarding an issue with redeeming my Microsoft Rewards points.

Over time, I have collected more than 33,000 Microsoft Rewards points with the intention of redeeming them for gift cards. However, for the past nearly two months, the gift card redemption options have continuously shown as “Out of Stock.”

I would like clarification on the following:

Why have the gift cards remained unavailable for such a long duration?

Is this a temporary issue or are gift cards being discontinued in my region?

When are the gift cards expected to become available again?

Will users who have spent significant time collecting points still be able to redeem them properly?

As a regular user of Microsoft Edge and Microsoft Rewards, this situation is becoming quite frustrating. A major motivation for using the platform consistently was the ability to redeem rewards, and after spending considerable time earning these points, the continuous “Out of Stock” status is disappointing.

I would appreciate a clear update regarding the availability timeline and whether users should expect the redemption options to return soon.

Rewards that are currently out of stock are typically replenished within a few weeks to a few months; however, it is also possible that once the existing inventory has been redeemed, those specific rewards will not be restocked. Microsoft does not publicly disclose specific details regarding restocking schedules. Therefore, please wait patiently and keep an eye on the listings, or consider looking for other redemption options that interest you.

Please note that some rewards are extremely popular; consequently, they may not appear to have been restocked simply because the available inventory was redeemed immediately after becoming available again.
