Hi,

The message “So popular we’re restocking! Back soon!” usually means the gift card is temporarily unavailable in your region due to high demand or limited Microsoft Rewards inventory.

Unfortunately, Microsoft does not normally provide a confirmed restock schedule for specific rewards such as Amazon Pay or Croma gift cards, so there is currently no official confirmation on exactly when or if they will return.

Here in the Microsoft Q&A forum, we are fellow users helping other users, so we also do not have access to internal restocking information or inventory timelines from Microsoft Rewards.

In previous cases, some rewards have returned after several weeks or months, but availability can vary depending on the region and supply. I recommend checking the Redeem page regularly so you can redeem it as soon as it becomes available again.

I understand the frustration, especially after waiting for months, and I hope the rewards you want are restocked soon.

Why does Microsoft not provide any information about restocking or not? It is very bad.
