Hi there
I tried booking the exam for "Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate" and it failed a couple times at payment. When I tried later, I now see the following message right after I try to submit the form that comes up when I press "Schedule exam". Following the error message.
Unexpected error

The error after multiple failed payment attempts is typically caused by an ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK, which means the Pearson VUE account has been blocked due to repeated payment failures. This block prevents further scheduling attempts and surfaces as a generic “Unexpected error” when submitting the scheduling form from Microsoft Learn.
To resolve this and book the “Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate” exam:
If issues persist after Pearson VUE removes the block, raise it through Microsoft Certification Support using the certification support channel referenced at https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport.
