One Drive won't open

I can't open one drive after a software update. It won't repair or uninstall

This error usually indicates that the connection between your device and Microsoft servers is not working properly. You can check the Service Health Status page to see if there are any known service interruptions in your region.

Meanwhile, please check whether the same issue occurs when your device is connected to a different Wi‑Fi network, such as a mobile hotspot network, and see if you are able to sign in to OneDrive normally:

You can also try opening a private/incognito browser window or accessing OneDrive in your mobile web browser to see if it works there.

In addition, clear your browsing history, cache, and cookies.
