How do I create a multi page file in windows scan and fax

I can’t see an option in windows 11 app, scan and fax which will allow me to create a multipage scanned document. I’m using a flatbed scanner. If I select the individual files, the print option is unavailable, so I can’t print to PDF.

Hi,

Try this in Windows Explorer: select the files separately > press Ctrl and right-click on the selected files and select Print.

Then select Microsoft Print to PDF.

And that's it, they will all print as a single file.

You can also use PDF Creator, a free application.

It worked but initially it tried to print to my printer. I had to go into my devices and select print to pdf first, then it created the combined pdf.

Hi,

I'm sorry, I forgot to mention to select the printer as default before because I use the old Windows Photo Viewer client.
