Two accounts billed twice

I seem to have 2 accounts/subscriptions now. I had to update my mailing address, email address and phone number. I do not have access to the old email address nor to the old phone number. I had to setup a new account in February 28, 2026 and paid $108.36 annual subscription. Then my old account/subscription was billed on April 03, 2026 in the amount of $108.11 which I do not have access to any longer.

Please remove my old account under @outlook.com and reimburse me the $108.11.

Thank you,

Carlotta Renner

I already tried the Contact Support / Get Help option and was told that they couldn't assist because it is a billing issue. I have contacted the credit company to dispute the charges and I removed the recurring payment option for the old account. I also updated my current account to a new payment method.

Hi,

The support must help with billing issues, since this is a user-to-user support forum. See the picture.

Please contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.

Please go to the https://support.microsoft.com/contactus page

Type "Billing" and press Enter.

Please click on the "Contact support" button at the bottom.

Select the Product and Category for support based on your requirements.

This didn't work. I have not been able to contact a human with any Microsoft contact methods. The phone call was an AI agent. If you are human you could call me.

Hi, Not here, in the contact support URL aka the Virtual agent. I am an actual human here, but I cannot acess the accounts.

    Do this carefully.

Please go to the https://support.microsoft.com/contactus page

    Type "Billing" and press Enter.

Please click on the "Contact support" button at the bottom.

Select the Product and Category for support based on your requirements.

Repeatedly ask for an agent to get in touch of a human.
