I am an avid user of Bing and have been using the platform to collect thousands of MS points for doing so.
A few days ago, I redeemed 19,220 Microsoft rewards points but did not receive my two $10 Amazon gift cards ($20). Not only that, but my 19,220 points were not returned to my MS Account. Can someone please help me either get my two $10 Amazon gift cards OR help me get my 19,220 points returned to my MS Account? Thank you.
