Lost account link to old Microsoft Community posts after Q&A migration

Can the website admins link my history back to my login?I work in IT support for my company. I used the old Microsoft Community a lot for asking technical things. But when the website updated to the new Microsoft Q&A, a system error happened. Now, my current profile is completely disconnected from all my past questions. I cannot edit or manage my old posts (like one I made about a GT820M video driver). I have documents to prove my ID.

Hi,
No, unfortunately that's not possible.
Answers and Learn profiles weren't merged, but a few members with special community roles had their profiles mapped.
When Microsoft Community (answers.microsoft.com) and Q&A (learn.microsoft.com) got merged, only the most helpful and most viewed threads were migrated to Q&A, while the rest were archived. Most of such merged threads show now 'Anonymous' as profiles.
Migrated threads were automatically locked. Only Moderators can edit them. We only do that if there are very good reasons for it.

    Hi Dewi Hidayat, this is a backend database discrepancy, it can't be fixed via registry edits or local configurations. You must submit a support request through the Microsoft Q&A feedback portal, including the URLs of your old posts, so that platform administrators can manually verify your identity and re-link your accounts. Avoid third-party recovery tools to ensure you remain in compliance with account security policies.
