Website login site refuses to load. Why is it loading so slowly/not loading at all?! I'm trying to access my subscription to redownload these apps. Why are you such a garbage Software?!?! You charge so much and nothing works!!!!

  1. I've cleared the cache.
  2. I've restarted the computer.
  3. I've tried the incognito mode
  4. No other websites have this issue. Every other website works.
  5. It's just your crap Software.

Hi, it did finally load and it worked. It would appear that it's a Microsoft issue as all I did was press refresh multiple times after restarting and clearing cache. It's so frustrating the software has so many issues.

    Hello Carmen

I can see that you are having issue login in, I’m sorry this has been such a rough experience.

Which browser are you currently using and what website are you trying to access?

Since clearing cache, restarting, and using Incognito didn’t help, here are some additional methods for you to try:

    • Make sure JavaScript is enabled in the browser, since Microsoft 365 web pages rely on it to load correctly. Refer to here for how to do it: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/enable-javascript-7bb9ee74-6a9e-4dd1-babf-b0a1bb136361
    • Check whether third-party cookies, cross-site tracking prevention, or strict browser privacy settings are blocking the sign-in flow. These settings can stop Microsoft account and Microsoft 365 pages from loading or signing in properly.
    • Temporarily disable any VPN, proxy, ad blocker, or browser privacy/security extension and test again. Proxy settings can interfere with installation and sign-in pages.

Feel free reply back to this post if you need further assistance, have a nice day.
