Hello Microsoft Certification Support Team,
I recently passed the AZ-400 exam (Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions). While I can see the exam status as 'Passed' in my certification dashboard, I am unable to download the official certificate. The option to download or view the certificate does not appear, and only the exam pass details are visible.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue and help me access my AZ-400 certification certificate?

Exams are not certifications. The AZ-400 exam is only part of the requirements for the Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator or Azure Developer Associate certification.
