Printing a page about document before printing my document

When I print a word document, it will print a page,

Filename: Document1

template: C:\Users\lakep\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates\Normal.dotm

Title: Subject: Author: Keywords: Comments: Creation Date: Change Number: Last Saved By: Total Editing Time: Last Printed On: As of Last Complete Printing

It started printing this extra page after I receive your last update.
