Shift/Control/Y function does not work

In Microsoft Edge on Windows, Ctrl+Shift+Y opens the Collections pane. If a recent Edge update changed or removed this behavior and Collections is no longer available, the saved links may now be exposed differently:

1. Open Edge and press Ctrl+Shift+Y to check whether Collections still opens.
2. If Collections opens, the saved links should still be listed inside each collection in that pane.
3. If Collections is being retired in the version of Edge in use, existing collections and saved items remain available, but new items cannot be added. In that case, use the notice shown in the Collections pane:
   • Choose Move to Favorites to convert each collection into a folder under Favorites (only web page URLs are moved; images and notes are not).
   • Or choose Export Your Data to download the saved content.
4. For personal Microsoft accounts, existing Collections can also be accessed at https://bing.com/saves.

This preserves access to the previously saved links even though the original Ctrl+Shift+Y workflow has changed.
