Problems with Outlook 365 on new laptop

I have just bought a new laptop. I have a annual paid-for subscription to Microsoft 365 Personal (permits use on up to 5 devices - I have only 2). I have installed Microsoft 365 to my new laptop, and run the OfficeSetup.exe file.

However, on my old laptop, I could see an icon for Classic Outlook, but on the new laptop I can only see an icon for New Outlook.

And, most importantly, none of my emails, Calendar entries or contacts/People have been pulled into Outlook on my new laptop. Why are they not synching across the two devices please?

And is Classic Outlook no longer available?

Hello

You can download and install the Classic Outlook from here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/install-or-reinstall-classic-outlook-on-a-windows-pc-5c94902b-31a5-4274-abb0-b07f4661edf5

You will still need to set up your email account in Outlook after that. It doesn't auto sync.
