Subject: Request for Assistance – Missed AZ-900 Exam Due to Unavailable Test Center Staff

Hello,

On Saturday, June 13, 2026, I traveled to Clarion, Pennsylvania to take my scheduled AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam at the Clarion University testing center. I had scheduled this appointment approximately one month in advance and selected this location specifically because it appeared to be one of the few testing centers in my area offering Saturday appointments.

I arrived approximately 30 minutes before my scheduled 10:30 AM exam time, exceeding the recommended 15-minute early arrival requirement. However, when I arrived, the building was locked and there were no testing personnel present. I waited for approximately one hour in an attempt to take my exam.

During that time, a university employee happened to arrive because she had forgotten medication in the building. She was kind enough to attempt to contact the individuals responsible for proctoring the exam. According to the information she received, the proctors were unaware that a candidate was scheduled to test that day, despite my appointment having been scheduled well in advance.

Unfortunately, no one arrived to administer the exam, and I was ultimately forced to leave. This situation caused a significant inconvenience, as I drove approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes to reach the testing center and had additional travel obligations afterward related to moving out of my apartment.

As a result of this testing center error, I was unable to sit for my exam through no fault of my own. I am requesting that the exam voucher used for this appointment be reinstated or refunded so that I may schedule the exam at another location and arrange time away from work to take it.

I would appreciate any assistance you can provide and would be happy to supply my registration information if needed.
