Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I recently completed the "IT Pro - Prepare Your Azure Environment to Run AI Workloads" course as part of the Microsoft AI Skills Fest program. I successfully finished all the required learning modules and assessments.

Unfortunately, I was not aware that I needed to submit the badge/voucher claim form after completing the course. As a result, I missed filling out the form required to receive the certification voucher.

I kindly request your assistance in this matter. If possible, please let me know whether there is any way to submit the required information now or if there are any alternative steps I can follow to become eligible for the voucher. I have completed the course requirements and can provide proof of completion if needed.

My details are:

Name: Annagiri Ruthika sai priya

Email: ****@ced.alliance.edu.in

Course: IT Pro - Prepare Your Azure Environment to Run AI Workloads

Program: Microsoft AI Skills Fest

I would greatly appreciate your guidance and support regarding this issue.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response.

Sincerely,

Ruthika Annagiri

The rules were clear; you must submit the claim form before midnight July 12th

There is no method now that the event is over

There is no self-service way documented to retroactively submit a missed voucher or badge claim form for Microsoft AI Skills Fest.

For event- or training-based exam discounts and vouchers, the documented behaviors are:

    • For some webinar events, the discount is automatically applied to the Microsoft Learn profile associated with the registration email, and appears at checkout within about five business days after the event, without requiring a separate code submission.
    • Achievement codes or similar rewards are only issued in specific scenarios (for example, official instructor-led courses) and are not generated on demand.

Because the claim window and mechanics for AI Skills Fest vouchers are not described as changeable after the fact, the only available next step is to contact official support so the case can be reviewed for that specific promotion and account:

    1. Go to the Microsoft Credentials support/help page referenced in the context.
    2. Open a support request, choosing the category related to certification benefits or exam discounts.
    3. Include:
      • Full name (matching the Learn profile and exam profile).
      • Microsoft Learn profile email and the event registration email (if different).
      • The AI Skills Fest program name and the exact playlist/course completed.
      • Date of completion and screenshots of the completed learning path and any earned badges/trophies.
    4. Ask support to verify whether any discount or voucher was associated with the account for AI Skills Fest and whether it can still be issued or honored.

Support can confirm eligibility and whether any exception is possible; this cannot be done through documentation-only steps.
