Since I purchased MS 365 basic, my excel & word docs are restricted from editing. I had yearly subscription to MS office & changed to personal Basic. A ribbon comes up to activate Microsoft Basic , when I click it sends me to upgrade to premium

The Microsoft Office 365 Basic plan includes 100 GB of OneDrive storage and 100 GB of Outlook email storage. This subscription does not include a license for the Office desktop apps.
