I am writing to request assistance with an issue encountered during my AZ-900 exam today, Friday, July 3, 2026.

Pearson VUE has opened a case for me, but I would appreciate Microsoft's assistance in ensuring this is resolved efficiently so I can complete my certification.

My pre-exam system test passed perfectly. However, during the actual exam launch today, the check-in link failed to launch the OnVUE exam player. Because the software failed to launch, I was unable to complete the check-in process, and a proctor never entered the session to release my exam.
