Unable to access certification renewal assessment – "Sorry, this renewal is not accessible at this time"

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue while trying to renew my Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate certification.

My certification is still active, and the Renew button is available in my Microsoft Learn profile. However, as soon as I open the renewal page, I immediately receive the following message:

"Sorry, this renewal is not accessible at this time."

The error appears before I can click "See if you are eligible", so I am unable to start the renewal assessment.

I have already tried:

• Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome
• InPrivate/Incognito mode
• Clearing browser cache and cookies
• Signing out and back into my Microsoft Learn account
• Verifying that I am using the correct Microsoft account

I also checked the browser developer tools, and the page returns an HTTP 404 (Not Found) error when attempting to access the certification renewal API.

I have already opened a support ticket with Microsoft Credentials and received the confirmation email. I also followed up on the ticket, but my certification renewal deadline is July 6, 2026, at 1:59 AM (UTC+02:00), and I am concerned that I may not receive assistance before the renewal window expires.

Could a Microsoft moderator or a member of the Credentials team please investigate this issue or advise on how I can proceed?
