I can't stop my keyboard keys from clicking

My keyboard recently started clicking. I have turned everything off that I can find related to keyboard clicking, but it is still happening.

When you're at the sign in screen before entering Windows, does the same issue occur?

Which specific letters or numbers are affected, and were there any changes made to your computer before the issue started?

Is this a laptop? Also, do you remember bumping or dropping something on it, or spilling anything on it before the issue began?

Yes, it happens at the sign-in screen. It seems to be all keys, not just certain ones, and it is annoyingly intermittent, in that in the middle of typing something like this, occasionally a few keystrokes don't click. I have not bumped it, or dropped anything on it, or spilled anything on it.

Is this a laptop, and are you using the built in keyboard?

What is the make and model of your device?

I forgot to mention that it is a laptop, sorry. It is a gaming laptop made by Omen, but I don't know what model it is. And yes, I am using the keyboard that came with it, built in.
