Hi Support Team, I passed the AZ-305 exam about a week ago.
I have checked my Pearson VUE score report and it says PASS.
However, the certification is still not reflecting on my Microsoft Learn dashboard. Could you please help me sync this? Thank you.

Hi,
Do you have Active Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification? This is required in addition to passing AZ-305 in order to earn Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification. If you don't then you just need to pass AZ-104 and both certifications will show up in your profile.

Okay, if you your Azure Administrator Associate is still showing as Active, you need to open a support case so that the Credentials team can fix it for you. Link below has instructions for opening case:
