Hello Microsoft Support Team,
I am writing to request a manual review of my completion data for the Microsoft AI Skills Fest (June 8–12, 2026).
I finished my required learning playlist to 100% and submitted the voucher details form prior to the deadline. However, I have not received the Credly digital badge invitation or the Pearson VUE voucher code. My Credly dashboard confirms that no Microsoft badge has been delivered to my account profile.
I have my AI Skills Navigator completion dashboard ready to provide as verification. Could you please open a private message link so I can securely share my Microsoft Learn Profile URL and screenshots for manual verification?
