I can’t send emails. All are marked as spam

I’m the Secretary for a small sporting club. All emails I try to send (even to myself) fail to send and are returned with the message “Remote server returned '554 5.7.0 < #5.7.520 smtp;550 5.7.520 Message blocked because it contains content identified as spam. AS(4810)>'”

There are no attachments or HTML. Some messages are to groups of up to about 125 recipients.

I had been getting prompts to verify before the message would send. Now they just won’t send.

I’ve been using this account for about 15 years, and problems have only started in the past six months.

Hi,

I can understand the frustration caused by the issue.

Do you have any signature in your Email? If so, could you please remove that temporarily and verify?

Second, try switching the Email to Plain Text instead of HTML as a troubleshooting step to verify.

The setting is below:

Open The Gear icon > Settings.

Go to Mail > Compose and Reply.

Change the message format to Plain text.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

Awesome!

Now to work out how to switch of that function unless requested…

When you have toggled, it is a permanent setting. If you need HTML format, I would recommend you to wait for a few days before switching.
