How to activate the help function in word and excel

How to activate the HELP/F1 function in the Office package. Every time I press HELP or F1, I get the following message.

This command isn't available(i.e. HELP/F1)

Your organisation administrator turned off the service required to use this feature.

I'm a private individual not an organisation. I'm running the Micro365 Standard subscription.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For home | Windows

Open Word.

Go to File - Options.

Select General on the left.

In the Privacy section, click Privacy settings.

Enable all the optional connected experiences settings.

Save that setting and restart Word.
