To assign a data series to a secondary axis in Excel:

  1. Select the chart.
  2. Select the data series you want to place on the secondary axis.
  3. Go to the Chart Design tab on the ribbon.
  4. Select Change Chart Type.
  5. Choose Combo.
  6. Check the Secondary Axis box next to the desired series, and then select OK.

You can also right-click the data series, select Format Data Series, and under Series Options, choose Secondary Axis.

Please note that the Chart Design and Format tabs only appear on the ribbon after you select the chart.
