PC factory reset - excel license problem

My computer was recently factory reset and now i'm receiving warnings that my excel license will expire after 3 days. I re-entered the producy key but its states this belongs to a different computer.

When you first installed and activated Office that licence should have become associated to your Microsoft Account as a digital licence online and it is from there that you can re-install Office without the need for a product key:

Do you find your Office licence linked to your account on that link.
