Hello,

I am getting service is not available right now in Microsoft excel 365 licensed version when I refresh my stocks list?

What is the problem ? I signed out and signed back in still its not working ???

I understand that Excel shows “Sorry, the service isn’t available right now” when you refresh the Stocks list and signing out and back in has not helped.

This seems to be a temporary issue with Excel’s linked-data service rather than your Microsoft 365 license or workbook. Other people reported the same refresh problem around the same time in this Microsoft Q&A thread.

For now, I suggest opening the workbook in Excel for the web and checking whether the Stocks data refreshes there. Please let me know the result.

You can also report the issue directly from Excel by selecting File > Feedback. Include the exact error message and, if possible, a screenshot. This sends the report to the relevant Microsoft 365 product team while this user-to-user forum can only provide suggestions based on community findings and experience.
