This is Tin, sorry to hear that you cannot access your MS Office files even after renewing your subscription. Please double check the status of your subscription from [https://account.microsoft.com/services]() , please make sure that you will sign in the account that you're using with your subscription. Once you confirmed it's active, please open MS Office Word app, then click File, Accounts then make sure to sign in your account with subscription from there. After that, please relaunch the MS Office Word app and check if the issue persists.
