AZ-900: 50% Microsoft Virtual Training Day discount not reflecting at checkout

Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I recently attended the "Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals" event, which grants a 50% voucher less discount for the AZ-900 exam.

However, when I schedule my AZ-900 exam through Pearson VUE, the discounted price does not show up at checkout.

Here are my details:

Event Name: Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals

Target Exam: AZ-900

Registered Email for Event: ******@gmail.com

Microsoft Learn Account: ******@gmail.com

Could you please let me know what might be causing this issue and advise on how it can be resolved so I can apply the discount to my exam?

The discount is applied to the Microsoft Learn profile for the email address used to register for the event. The discount is automatically applied at the final stage of checkout. The voucher will be applied five business days after the event.
