Hi ,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out.

Please click the OneDrive icon on the Taskbar > Help & Settings > Settings > Account > Double check your email address.

Then, sign in at Microsoft Services & subscriptions:https://account.microsoft.com/services
Confirm that Microsoft 365 Family is active under that exact email address.

Open OneDrive web:https://onedrive.live.com/login with the same account > Settings > OneDrive settings > More settings > Storage metrics.

If the computer’s OneDrive uses a different email address > select Unlink this PC > Sign in again using the account that has the 1 TB allowance. Unlinking does not delete files stored online.

If the same account shows 1 TB online but OneDrive continues displaying the warning, wait up to 24 hours and unlink/relink it.

Please feel free to ask if you need further assistance.
