I can't get my subscriptions tab to open in my account

I subscribe to MS Office Pro which gives me 5 licenses. When I click on Subscriptions, it does not load.

Are you signing in at https://account.microsoft.com/services with the same Microsoft account used to purchase the subscription?

Please also clarify the exact subscription name. Microsoft 365 Family can be shared with up to five other people, while Office Professional may use a different type of license.

Try opening the Services & subscriptions page https://account.microsoft.com/services in an InPrivate window or another browser. If it still does not load, what exactly happens, a blank page, continuous loading, or an error message?

Yes. I have been using my Microsoft email to log in and I was able to install it on the other computer. However, they are still being prompted that they don't have enough storage to send an email. It looks like thy may have selected to get the free version before I installed my 365. We tried to remove the previous version, but are afraid they will lose everything.

What is the exact subscription name shown under “Services & subscriptions”? Is it Microsoft 365 Family?

Is the storage warning for the Outlook mailbox or OneDrive?

On the other computer, are they using their own Microsoft account or your Microsoft account?

Installing Microsoft 365 on another computer does not automatically increase storage for a different Microsoft account. With Microsoft 365 Family, the person must be added to the family group, accept the sharing invitation, and sign in using their own Microsoft account.

Once properly shared, each person receives their own 1 TB of OneDrive storage and the Microsoft 365 email storage benefit.

Removing the Microsoft 365 apps does not delete documents or workbooks, but there is no need to uninstall them until the account and storage warning are confirmed.
