unable to retrieve my bitlocker keys

My microsoft account is not showing Devices so i'm unable to retrieve my bitlocker keys.

All I get is an error screen as follows

There appears no way to get in touch with support regarding this. I'm instead diverted to faq pages

If your drive is encrypted with Bitlocker, the only place the Bitlocker Recovery key is automatically stored is on the associated Microsoft account on the link below, be sure to check any Microsoft account that may have been used on the PC and also any work or school account that may be linked to the PC.

(Note, even if you cannot access the Devices section on your Microsoft account, the Bitlocker Recovery Key may still be available on this link)

Are you able to find the Bitlocker Recovery Key on any account that may have been used or linked to the laptop?

If not, do you have a safe backup of your files, or use a cloud service like OneDrive to sync your files online.

That error was showing up for the recovery url you've mentioned.

I do have backups but I'd rather not go through the hassle of having to try to reset the machine and reinstall everything again

After you posted this question, many people have reported the Devices section and the Bitlocker Recovery Key section are not loading on Microsoft accounts online, it is a server-side fault that Microsoft needs to fix, hopefully they won't be long resolving this on their side.
