Bing Webmaster Tools shows my website as indexed successfully, but Bing Search shows no pages or impressions

Hi,

I am having an issue with Bing indexing for my website:

https://intelliag.com.au/

I submitted my sitemap to Bing Webmaster Tools over a month ago.

Sitemap status:

  • Sitemap: https://intelliag.com.au/sitemap.xml
  • Type: Sitemap Index
  • Status: Successfully processed
  • Sitemaps discovered: 5
  • URLs discovered: 349
  • Last processed: 29 July 2026

The issue is that my website does not appear in Bing Search at all.

Examples:

  • Searching intelliag.com.au returns no results
  • Searching the exact homepage title returns no results
  • Searching exact product titles also returns no results
  • Bing Webmaster Tools Search Performance shows 0 impressions

However, Bing URL Inspection shows:

Homepage: https://intelliag.com.au/

  • Indexed successfully
  • URL can appear on Bing
  • Crawl allowed: Yes
  • Page fetch: Successful
  • Indexing allowed: Yes
  • Last crawl attempted: 29 July 2026

Example product page: https://intelliag.com.au/products/straight-m-x-m-encapsulated-seal-type

  • Indexed successfully
  • Crawl allowed: Yes
  • Page fetch: Successful
  • Indexing allowed: Yes

The website is built on Shopify. Google Search indexes the website normally, and the canonical tags are correctly configured.

Could someone please advise why Bing URL Inspection reports successful indexing, but the pages do not appear in Bing Search and there are no impressions?

Is this a delay in Bing's public index, a quality/trust issue, or a possible indexing problem?

Thank you.

Hi Binay Timilsina Dhungana,

Since our forum is a public platform, please avoid sharing direct links beyond what's necessary. The system might flag your question and suspend or delete it.

Based on the information you've provided, you're totally reasonable to feel confused. From a fellow user's perspective, I personally think this does not look like a crawl-blocking or sitemap problem. The tests you did suggest that the issue is likely occurring after crawling and indexing. The next thing I would review is whether the majority of the discovered URLs are actually counted as indexed in the coverage reports:

  • Open Bing Webmaster Tools > go to Sitemaps
  • Open the submitted sitemap > review the indexation details
  • Look for any large number of URLs marked as excluded or low-quality.

Since Google is indexing the site normally and Bing can crawl it, another possible explanation is that Bing has not yet assigned enough trust or quality signals. This is especially worth considering if the domain is new, has limited backlinks, or/and most product pages contain manufacturer-supplied or highly similar content. Unfortunately, there is no setting in Webmaster Tools that can force Bing to serve pages in search results.

That said, you might not be the only one encountering this, as there have been a few reports as of recent on similar issues (e.g. Site Indexed in Bing Webmaster Tools but Not Appearing in Search Results - Microsoft Q&A). I think it would be reasonable to reach out to support team. They can review serving and indexing data that is not exposed through Webmaster Tools and is not available to community members on this forum:

Note: If you encounter AI loop when requesting support, a community member has shared a workaround to get through it. By explicitly requesting a human engineer in the text, they were able to receive a genuine UCM ticket assigned to a Global Support Webmaster Engineer.

Based on everything you've shared, the results already suggest most the configurations are working correctly. I would focus on coverage reports and a Bing Webmaster support escalation as the most useful next steps.
