I am having problem with Excel in Microsoft 365 -- I updated to premium in Feb 2026. This past month I updated Mac OS to OS Tahoe 26.5.2 --- While I successfully reactivated WORD and PPT -- I cannot seem to reactivate and gain functionality with Excel -- I cannot edit/add data to old worksheets (critical historical datasets). several attempts to follow the suggested guidance but still get an error message--I have restarted the computer -- but still having issues. Thank you

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue. Please follow the steps in the article below, as you will need to completely remove the old Office license information from your Mac:

Once you have completed the steps, please let me know the results.
