I have lost my window PC signed in with Microsoft account can you help me get it back
If you had the location services setting enabled and also the 'Find my device' setting enabled on the stolen/lost device, log into your Microsoft account on this link, there you may be able to find the location of that device.

If the location of your device is not fully up to date, the only time the location will update is if someone connects the device to the Internet.
I followed the link but it shows location disabled
If that indicates Location has been disabled, did you ever enable both the location services setting and the 'Find my device' settings on that device?
In that case I am sorry, that is the only option available, there is no other native method available to trace your lost/stolen device.
