Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi,
Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Confirm the Azure subscription with your institution’s administrator Please contact your institution’s Microsoft 365/Azure administrator and ask them to confirm whether your institutional tenant currently has an Azure subscription associated with your account.
2. Verify your student account Make sure you are signing in to Azure for Students with the institutional Microsoft account that successfully completed the school’s sign-in and MFA verification.
3. Check for a previous Azure for Students account If the institution confirms that there is no Azure subscription for your account, please check whether you have previously used another Microsoft account or identity to access Azure for Students. A previous Azure for Students eligibility or redemption record may affect the current eligibility check.
4. Contact Azure Support if the issue persists If the tenant has no Azure subscription and you continue to receive “You are not eligible for Azure for Students” or “You are not eligible to renew Azure for Students”, please contact Azure for Education Support and request an eligibility review.
In your support request, please specifically ask Support to check whether a previous Azure for Students eligibility or redemption record is associated with another Microsoft identity and whether this is preventing your current account from being recognized as eligible.

This type of eligibility or previous redemption record requires access to Microsoft’s backend systems, so it cannot be manually reviewed or changed through the Azure portal or Microsoft Community.
