Bookings showing wrong times

Hello. Hoping someone is able to help. I think I have set all of the settings correctly but I keep getting wrong times showing up.

Backstory:

I want to have 2 appointments every hour on the hour. When I book the first one it is showing fine. When I book the second one a new timeslot shows up with a 45. So for example if I book 2 appointments at 9am, that timeslot should close and you should only see 10am as the next option. After the second appointment is booked I now get a 9:45am timeslot show up.

For context I have turned off "Events on Office calendar affect a availability" because we are running multiple sites, so I do not want the other sites to not be able to book because there is already a calendar invite for another site.

I have blocked off each day from 11-12 for lunch period so no one is able to book between that time.

Please let me know if you see something wrong with the settings I have below.

Hi @Chantel Varga

Thank you for providing the screenshots.

I did some testing and was able to reproduce similar behavior. In my testing, a :45 time slot appeared when the service duration was set to 45 minutes. Because of this, I would recommend checking the configuration of the service itself, specifically the Duration setting. I book 10:00 AM in my testing, and 10:45 appeared.

Could you please navigate to:

Bookings > Services > [Affected Service] and verify the duration is set to 60 minutes or 45 minutes. Check if any buffer time before or after the appointment is set as expected

The appearance of a 9:45 AM slot typically indicates that Bookings has calculated availability based on a service ending at 9:45 AM, which may be related to the service duration or buffer settings.

I look forward for your response.
