Sooooo, after all these years, I can't seem to redeem my Bing rewards now? There is NO option to redeem on a PC?

What if someone doesn't own a smartphone? What if someone doesn't want to (or can't) use a phone app?

In short, is there NO WAY AT ALL to redeem points using only a computer?

Hi Jonelle DeFelice

Thanks for sharing this!

If your account is only being offered the "Verify with the Bing app" option, I am not aware of any documented PC-only alternative or bypass for that verification step. The official guidance for this flow requires scanning the QR code with the Bing app and completing verification there.

If you do not own a smartphone, do not wish to use the Bing app, or the Bing app verification is not working, your best option is to contact Microsoft Rewards Support and provide feedback that an alternative verification method is needed for your account. Community members cannot change available verification methods or override Rewards account verification requirements.

Hope they will take this feedback into consideration!

So there is NOT a way to use a PC to redeem points, correct?

    Well, that stinks...

I know I am in the minority, but many people who actually need things like coupons and discounts often can't afford the latest tech. And many people also prefer to stay away from apps for security and privacy reasons.
