Pearson VUE revoked my SC-200 exam due to a proctor issue and my event voucher expired (Case 42457077)

Hello Microsoft Training Support Team,

I am writing to request your assistance in restoring a discount voucher for my SC-200 exam, which was scheduled for August 20, 2026.

The exam was unexpectedly revoked by the Pearson VUE proctor due to technical issues on their end, and now my Microsoft event voucher is showing as expired.

Here is a brief summary of what happened:

I completed the check-in. The first proctor asked me to remove my headphones and restart the session, which I did immediately.

Upon rejoining, a second proctor took over. They stated in the chat that they were having audio issues and could not hear me.

Without offering any troubleshooting steps, the proctor told me to reschedule the exam and closed the session.

When I attempted to reschedule, the system rejected my event voucher (ending in 34AD) with an error stating it is "Expired and can no longer be used," as the system registered it as consumed.

I have already contacted Pearson VUE support, and they provided me with the following Case ID: 42457077.

Could you please assist me in issuing a replacement voucher so I can properly take my exam? I am ready to provide my MCID and any personal account details via Private Message as soon as required.
