How do I reschedule my PearsonVue testing center exam? The internet failed while I was taking my exam and now I have to resit.

    Specifically, I could not go through the PearsonVue website to reschedule the exam. First, I had to wait until PearsonVue sent me the email that I could reschedule. PearsonVue automatically rescheduled me for "placeholder" date/time slot 30 days out. I then had to login to, and use the link on the Microsoft Learn website (See below) in order to choose to reschedule, choose my in-person site, and then to complete the rescheduling process for the date/time of my choice.

    I did not use the option to call PearsonVue because they are only open in the Americas from Monday-Friday 7am-7pm Central Time, and I did not want to wait until Monday to reschedule my exam.
