Is there a way to recover my old authenticator accounts if backup wasn't activated?

I have my games registered on my Microsoft authenticator but recently I ran out of storage on my phone and wanted to delete the storage with a factory reset, I did save all my apps and files on my SD but since the cloud back up wasn't up I can't see the accounts again in my authenticator, is there a way to get the old accounts again? I can't login on a few apps since I can't turn off the Authenticator option.

Thanks for your question.

Simply, No. Don't delete MFA app. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/xandr/curate/troubleshooting-multi-factor-authentication-mfa?source=recommendations

To recover your accounts:

Yo need to contact the admins of the accounts in question for work or school accounts.

You will need to contact the support teams of those applications (e.g the game ones you specified) to assist you in resetting your credentials.

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you
