Here are some steps you can try to fix this issue:

Boot into Safe Mode:

Restart your laptop and press F8 or Shift + F8 repeatedly before Windows starts loading.

Select “Safe Mode” from the Advanced Boot Options menu.

Check Boot Order in BIOS:

Restart your laptop and enter the BIOS setup (usually by pressing F2, F10, Del, or Esc during startup).

Ensure that the correct drive (where your OS is installed) is set as the primary boot device.

Run Startup Repair:

Boot from a Windows installation media (USB or DVD).

Select “Repair your computer” > “Troubleshoot” > “Advanced options” > “Startup Repair”.

Use Command Prompt:

Boot from the Windows installation media and open Command Prompt from the Advanced options.

Run the following commands:

bootrec /fixmbr

bootrec /fixboot

bootrec /scanos

bootrec /rebuildbcd

If you have a backup of the boot files, try restoring them to their original location.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, you might need to consider reinstalling Windows. Make sure to back up any important data before proceeding with a reinstallation.
