Trying to get into labs, but they just repeat giving me the access question

All day I have been trying to get into labs, but they just repeat giving me the access question: How many rocks are there here? Am I the only one it happens to or is it a more general problem.

Hi VarunTha, Hi Syed, below are screenshots describing how the issue occurs (I'm not the OP but facing exactly the same issue).

STEP 1: Pressing the Launch Lab Button

STEP 2: Launching the Puzzle

STEP 3: Solve the puzzle

STEP 4: System confirms successful verification, but after a few seconds jumps back to STEP 2 again. This repeats forever, it is not possible to start the lab.

It seems you're experiencing a lab glitch where it repeatedly loops back to a previous step. Clear your browser history to resolve cached issues and try using incognito mode to isolate potential problems related to extensions or settings.

Sometimes, simply refreshing the page can fix temporary issues with the lab. If the problem persists, close and reopen your browser to clear any temporary glitches.

Better whenever you start the lab don't open other windows until the lab completes.

We tried from our end; it's working fine for us. Kindly check the below screenshots.
