Vector indexer produces error

I am going through the following document to create a vector indexer:

However, once I complete the steps, I get the following error:

@Ali Moeen Thank you for your time and patience in discussing this issue offline.

We have identified that the system-assigned identity of the Search Service has been mistakenly added to an incorrect Azure OpenAI service instead of the intended one. This has resulted in the failure of indexer creation with the error message "Could not create skillset".
