Not able to get my certificate for the PL-300 exam

Hi team,

Actually yesterday (18/09/2024) i had appeared for the PL-300 exam and got passed but unfortunately not able to get the result and certificate, the thing is the account from which i had registered and scheduled for the exam was my organization account: @wescodist.com, but unfortunately now i have left the company and hence dont have the login credentials to it, so if you could help me send the result to my personal email id:@gmail.com or ******@outlook.com , that would be great please
