How to Fix "unexpected error occurred" in Microsoft learn while preparing for an Exam

Dear Microsoft Community,

I have the problem when registering for an exam via Pearson Vue at Microsoft learn that I receive the error message of unexpected errors. Cache already cleared and opened in private browser. Unfortunately no success.
