Azure portal authentication issue

I've just registered an Azure account, but I'm unable to use it, under settings there are no directories, only "no directorires found" error. It seems that the default tenant has not been created for the personal account I've created azure account with. Due this issue I'm unable to use any services on the site, not even the support, because I' have access to literally nothing. Can't even delete the account. I have the following notification:

The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account. I think this may be as a result of you signing in with a personal account. Open and incognito tab, try to sign in and follow the steps here:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/entra/entra-id/app-integration/error-code-aadsts50020-user-account-identity-provider-does-not-exist
