Hi Alejandro Corona Jimenez,

I have checked the module from my end, and everything looks good. However, I understand that you’re still seeing it as incomplete. Please try the following suggestions to ensure your progress updates correctly:

1.Use the "Continue" button at the bottom of each unit

Make sure to use the "Continue" button at the bottom of every unit instead of the "Next" button in the upper right corner. This helps the system properly register completion.

2.Refresh the module progress:

Log out of Microsoft Learn, clear your browser cache, and log back in. This can help refresh your progress data.

3.Verify all units are marked as completed:

Double-check that every section shows as "Completed," including optional content like knowledge checks or labs.

4.Try a different browser or device:

Sometimes, browser-related issues can affect progress tracking. Switching to another browser or device might resolve the issue.

5.Check for pop-ups or blockers:

Ensure that browser extensions, such as ad-blockers, aren't interfering with your progress updates.
