Someone can help me with this?

Hi Bibiano Geraldo Mangue,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

We understand that you're encountering an issue with the Microsoft Learn platform, where a completed module is not being reflected in your achievements or activities, despite being marked as complete.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

1.It can take some time for achievements to update in your profile. Please try logging out and then logging back in to see if the changes appear.
2.Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can sometimes resolve issues related to how pages are displayed.
3.Try accessing your profile from a different browser / device to see if the issue persists.
4.Occasionally, there may be notifications / alerts in your profile related to the completion status of modules. Check the notifications section in your account.
5.Make sure that the module shows as completed on your side. Check the progress section on the module page to confirm that it indicates you’ve finished it.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.
