Hi,

I am writing to inquire about my AZ-400 certification status. I recently passed the exam, but I have noticed that it is not displayed in my certification portal.

Could you please assist me in checking the status of my certification? I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter.

Hi,

In case you are not already aware, you need to have Active Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) or Active Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification in addition to passing AZ-400 to earn DevOps Engineer Expert certification.

If you do have at least one of the prerequisite certifications above your certification should be on your Certifications tab. If it isn't you need to ask a question in Microsoft Credentials forum and a support moderator will assist you. They typically respond within 2 business days. Below is link to ask question over there:

If you do not have at least one of the above prerequisites then you just need to pass AZ-204 or AZ-104 within one year of when you passed AZ-400.

Thanks.
