Software updates stuck at downloading

When deploying software updates to a device collection, most devices download and install the updates successfully. However, one device is stuck at 0% downloading. What could be the reason for this issue and how to fix it?

We may ensure that the client device is within the correct boundary associated with the boundary group for the distribution point. If the client is not configured correctly, it may not be able to download content.

You may also check UpdatesHandler.log on client to see why it download failed.
